I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

Willkommen in Ingolstadt mitten in der City. In der beliebten Dollstrasse wo das Leben pulsiert. Rund um die Unterkunft warten verschiedene Restaurants und Clubs auf ihren Besuch. Unsere Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive und werden professionell gereinigt. Balkon zum Hinterhof, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und natürlich das neu renovierte Bad machen die Wohnung sehr attraktiv. Im Apartment bekommt man nichts von draußen mit,es ist eher sehr leise.

This place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Small but discreet including private bathroom/kitchen. Fresh core renovated with soundproofing doors. The haven of peace in the middle of the city. Gastronomies right in front of your door. Free motorbike & bike parking in front of the door.
