We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and we pretty much had everything we needed for the week. Emily was always very good about communicating. The outdoor showers were a favorite. The kids loved the pool and the deck was the perfect place to relax. The screened in porch made the perfect spot for breakfast/coffee. So many beach toys available and the bunk house is super cute. Beds are very comfortable. Only downside was the lighting isn’t great but that wasn’t really a problem for us.

Fabulous! This property was exactly as described. Safe and pretty area. Just a 5 minute walk to public beach access! Clean. Perfect for a couple. Ample space for a couple. Very comfortable king size bed. Good a/c and circulation. Check in very easy and flexible. We contacted owner with a question and our call was returned within 5-10 minutes. Perfect part of Sea Grove. Just about 2 blocks back off of 30A. We could walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, coffee shops. Quick bike ride (2 bikes included) to Seaside, Watercolor. Would stay here again.

Staying at this property was an exceptional experience! It is immaculate, with beautifully decorated rooms and top-notch amenities. The serene view and lush landscaping created a perfect retreat to include the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Destin. Austin is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, close to beaches and local attractions. Highly recommend for a luxurious, stress-free getaway!

Great place for a family getaway in Panama City. Four bedrooms with two master suites gives the home a great setup. Close to tons of restaurants, fun activities, beaches, and a great grocery store (Publix). Nice pool in the backyard as well.

We had a wonderful vacation in Florida and were lucky to stay at this beautiful home. We were pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully everything was arranged—down to the smallest details. It truly felt like a five-star hotel: spotless white towels, beautifully folded and plenty of them, including beach towels. The interior design of the house deserves the highest praise—the designer really did an amazing job. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and even a variety of spices, which made cooking a pleasure. We had a fantastic time and are already planning to stay here again in the future!

Amazing stay! Private beach for the building, restaurants within walking distance or very short driving. Grocery store nearby as well. Kitchen is full of dishes and cookware and makes it easy to eat at “home” a few times. Gorgeous view of the beach from any room! Will definitely book again in the future.

Place was very nice and clean. Outside patio was a great place to hangout. Close walk to beach and short drive to restaurants and stores.

Absolutely perfect location. Bert’s place is so cozy and clean- I extended 2 days because I didn’t want to leave.

Nina’s place was great! It is right across the street from the beach and so much to do near by. We only were at the bnb to sleep. Would definitely go back!

The condo is amazing with breathtaking views! This exceeded our expectation. The condo was clean, well stocked with all essentials and so comfortable. The ease of access to the beach via a private board walk from the building was so appreciated! The heated pool was icing on the cake for our kids. The location is superb with the serene and peaceful environment of the resort surrounded by many things to do for the whole family. We will definitely book again!

My girls and I enjoyed Michelle’s place. It had a beautiful view. Small and cozy, but had everything we needed for a short stay at the beach. Ice cream was a walk around the corner and souvenir store was across the street. Great location and clean! Thanks Michelle.

A top notch experience! We went for a family beach vacation and we were so happy that we chose this house! It has everything you need and super spacious for a big group, everyone felt comfortable and the cleanliness level was top as well. The best Airbnb house I have chosen so far. Our family of 7 had a great experience at the Villa in Santa Rosa Beach. The villa was spacious and clean. We loved having a heated pool right outside our door and the 2 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. There was lots of restaurants, coffee and donut shops within walking distance! Having beach chairs and toys was also a plus! Thanks you for letting us vacation at your beautiful villa!
