It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. It's a big space on the first floor of an old warehouse. Downstairs is a working art studio - The Bakehouse Studio Marrickville run by Lisa Hoelzl.
