A wide selection of cafes and dining options are within walking distance (including in Newtown, Leichhardt and Petersham). Free street parking can usually be found out the front of the house or on a nearby street when busy.

"Hackforth Jones" is one of three small self contained suites. The space similar to a mini hotel room with an apartment style common entrance.
