One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. The Mühlwalder Tal (Italian: Valle dei Molini) is a 16 km long mountain valley with lush mountain forests, rushing mountain streams and fresh mountain air - a true paradise for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Right in the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Reisnock - Hochgruberhof", built from natural materials, is located on the farm.

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

The farmhouse has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate 10 guests. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box spring beds. The house is heated quite rustically with wood in winter. We also have additional infrared heaters in all rooms. The property is fenced. The house is located at 1300 meters and is accessible by car all year round.
