Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und hat eine perfekte Verkehrsanbindung in die City und auf die Nordkette. In direkter Nachbarschaft befindet sich der Botanische Garten und die Sternwarte. Fußläufig sind zwei Supermärkte und eine Bäckerei erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz kann nach Voranmeldung dazu gemietet werden.
