* Drought now - lake boat ramp closed. Canal no access 2 dock. Normally there is direct access to beautiful Lake Spivey on the Tsala Apopka chain of lakes. With less than a 5 min drive from downtown Inverness, you can easily visit our amazing local restaurants and shops. For the boaters, the main boat ramp on Lake Henderson is a 2 minute drive! Enjoy the dock for fishing even if you don't own a boat! The Withlacoochee State Trail is only a half mile away, with sidewalk access all the way!

Cypress cove community offers a pool, gazebo & private boat ramp. The boat ramp is on a canal that provides direct access to Lake Spivey. This townhouse is centrally located, just 1 mile from the Historic District downtown Inverness. Three porches makes this a perfect relaxing destination.

You can still enjoy fishing and kayaking on our direct waterway. We do provide kayaks and canoes to enjoy the lakes. Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River, Dunnellon or Homosassa. Simply perfect!
