We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

We loved our stay at Andi’s home in Weeki Wachee. We loved starting the day with a cup of coffee on the dock and then hopping into one of the many kayaks to explore the pristine and amazing Weeki Wachee river. My son and I fell in love with the area and will definitely be back. The house was comfortable and Andi was a responsive and wonderful host.

Worth 1000 stars. Can I just say it’s refreshing to find an Airbnb host in this area? Who isn’t price gouging. Collins properties are super reasonably priced. They’re in a beautiful area, you have access to everything, it’s super private, the area is maintained well, so your pets and family will not be covered in ticks and eaten up by mosquitoes, And it’s priced wonderfully. I can’t say enough good things. Plus this host is very easy to work with and very proactive and responsive. The thing I will mention that apparently puts people off is the well water is kind of brown Ish when you take a shower or a bath, also in the sink, but it’s well water and it’s perfectly fine. I had no problems at all, and neither did my dogs. So please chill out on the well water and enjoy this beautiful gem of an Airbnb and this wonderful house. We are so grateful and I will definitely be returning.

A unique stay on a farm like setting. We were greeting by the goat, pig, and chickens. The host provided us with fresh eggs and other breakfast foods, which was unexpected and appreciated! The location is close to downtown Clermont which has many restaurants, shops, and breweries.

Garry was very responsive and helpful. The unit was exactly as described. We were there for a baseball tournament, and the location was 1 mile from the park. The unit was also very close to the grocery store. The view from the dock was very peaceful and serene. Definitely recommend if you are in the Leesburg area.

Great place to stay on the water, reasonable price , very clean and the boat ramp is perfect for shallow water boats easy to launch. Overall just a great place

The house was cleanly, had some nice touches like games, movies and things for kids. The swim spa was amazing and we also enjoyed the bikes and kayakes during our stay. Terry was a great host!!!

We were very happy to find this house. It was perfect for two couples. The best part was taking the provided kayaks out to seven sisters springs. Beautiful. There was also a canoe for those that don’t like kayaks.

My Family always love coming to this house, we enjoy staying here close to local restaurants and activities but private enough to be super relaxing !! We can’t wait to come back!!

This was our second time booking with Alisson at her Weeki Wachee river house and it absolutely exceeded our expectations once again! Absolutely loved our stay here!! The unit was conveniently located right on Weeki Wachi with river access and plenty of water toys! The location was still private and peaceful. It was extremely clean and there wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t provided! Very responsive host. Can’t say enough great things, looking forward to staying here again sometime

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Weeki! Kevin was a fantastic host—super friendly and welcoming. The house was super clean and had a cozy, laid-back, homey vibe that made us feel right at home. We really appreciated all the extra touches he provided throughout. The pool was a major highlight—absolutely gorgeous at night with the lights on and so fun to swim in. Would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The Lake House was very peaceful and cozy and it was everything that we needed to escape the busy city life of South Florida. My family will definitely book here again.

We had an incredible stay during scallop season. The location was perfect. Just a short ride to the gulf. The house was clean spacious and had all the amenities we needed for comfortable stay. Can’t wait to come back next scallops season! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

I traveled to FL for my son’s spring break to meet with friends. The space is exactly as described and Geri is a friendly, gracious and responsive host. The lakeview is awesome from both the master bedroom and living room porch/balcony. The neighbors we encountered were friendly. Only caution is if your child is like mine and believes mom’s cooking is necessary, even while on vacation (lol), be sure to bring your own spices. Otherwise the space is comfortable and sufficient. I would certainly stay again if Geri will have me.

We had a great experience in Edith’s home! As soon as we pulled up to the unit we felt like we were at home. It has a country and cozy feel to it. Upon entering we found that the home was welcoming. There is a brief introduction the owners upon entry which I thought was nice. The rest of the house was clean and simple. I was able to make myself at home without feeling like I was in someone else’s home. We had everything we needed and got what we paid for. The price was fair. Edith was a pleasure to deal with and made the process easy! If I HAD to make any recommendations it would be for some firmer pillows but that is personal preference! We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Peaceful and private surroundings. Pool was very clean. Condo was immaculate! Bed was very comfortable. We loved waking up every morning to sunrise. Lots of light-windows provided great view of the marsh land. Close to a beach and plenty of restaurants. Manatee tours nearby. Would highly recommend to others.

Really loved it. Everything was so clean and it had everything we needed. Excellent value. We’d stay again and recommend to anyone staying on the area. Close to everything we wanted to do. Really don’t think we could have found better.
