Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Relax as a couple or with the whole family. Enjoy the tranquility of our small village. Arrive, unpack, feel good. And wake up the next morning with birdsong. The apartment with spacious living space is ideally suited for two people or small families. Fast WiFi is of course included free of charge. There is enough space to play and discover. Vehicles are available in the yard, and the garden can be discovered and relaxed in. An electric car can charge at our wallbox.

Ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές λόγω του πλήρους εξοπλισμού. Βρεφική κούνια, καθίσμα φαγητού, παιδική πολυθρόνα και κάθισμα μπάνιου είναι στον εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 2 λεπτά από το διαμέρισμα. Χώρος στάθμευσης χωρίς επιβαρύνσεις σε δημόσιο χώρο.

A well-kept feel-good atmosphere awaits you on 65 square meters. Enjoy the tranquility and explore nearby attractions such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Würzburg. Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

We warmly invite you to stay with us in the countryside. Here you can enjoy nature and peaceful surroundings to the fullest. Take relaxing trips to the vineyards or explore the nearby Steigerwald forest, and end the day in our spacious garden. For extra relaxation, our private sauna can be used once free of charge (each additional use costs €10). Perfect for anyone who wants to escape the stress of everyday life and simply “do nothing – want nothing.”

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

A70, A7 and A3 - each 15 km, Würzburg, Kitzingen and Schweinfurt each 23 km Our very curious, uncastrated, cuddly Golden Retriever, who lives with us in the rest of the house, is allowed to move freely in the garden and will often want to greet you happily! Whether you're a couple, a group of 10 friends, or a family, you're welcome to stay in my newly renovated, 120-square-metre vacation rental. It features a bathroom with a bathtub, a new kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double beds, a large living room with a big sofa bed and a 50-inch TV, and large windows in all rooms. There's also a lovely terrace with a great view, and it's just 5 minutes from beautiful Rothenburg ob der Tauber. You are most welcome

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.
