Waterfront vacation rentals in Iredell County

Had an amazing stay. Was very peaceful and extremely clean. Felt great walking into the home.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. This apartment is spacious and comfortable. Nice view and patio. Quick drive to Davidson Main Street. Close to highway. Nice touches like plenty of coffee, tea, trial size toiletries. Wi-Fi worked great. Host responded quickly and I was happy that they didn’t proactively send us a ton of messages checking on us. I also liked that check out was just lock up and leave. No list of chores. 😅 We will stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a wonderful extended stay at this truly awesome lakefront unit. The facility was very clean, well equipped and is located on an outstanding lakefront lot with a beautiful sandy beach. Especially nice was the shallow water access available for our visiting granddaughter. The location faces due west, so the beautiful sunsets can be appreciated from comfortable swings on the covered dock/porch area over the water. Our gracious hosts were always available to answer any questions we had about the unit and/or the area. Would also mention location is very close to the Langtree Center with great dining options available and also outside concerts. Looking forward our next visit.

The apartment is beautiful. We had a peaceful stay. I liked the big windows overlooking the lake. I enjoyed picnicking on the dock and kayaking around the cove.

We had such a great time at lake Norman and Amy’s home is PERFECT! 10/10 recommend and look forward to booking this property again in the future!

Where to begin this place was great!! Exactly as described and photos were spot on. Enjoyed watching the lake from the comfy sitting chairs and having morning coffee. This place was wheelchair accessible as I’m my mothers caregiver this allowed her to travel with us. There is neighbors but it felt so secluded. My husband and son caught some nice fish from the dock. New recently added hot tub was a great bonus. Tessa was very responsive to my messages. Will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed our stay here on the water. Close to many groceries and restaurants if needed. Nice to have a spacious upper and lower deck. The floating deck was perfect for tanning. Beds were pretty basic/ not the most comfy, but plenty to choose from if you don’t have the max number of people. Overall this was a good stay and nice location on the lake

This beautiful home on Lake Norman was the perfect spot for 4 daughters (+husbands) to celebrate our dad’s 90th birthday together! There was a bedroom for each couple as well as a private downstairs room for our dad with a nice attached bath and access to the screened porch overlooking the lake. The house is very well stocked and it has a gorgeous lake view on three sides with lots of large windows. The setting is really special. Lastly, Jennifer was a wonderful host! She added special birthday touches to the house and was very flexible and responsive at all times. Our family highly recommends this lake home to others!

David’s place was great!!! Private, peaceful, it was clean with lots of space.. this is one of our favorite places to stay at Lake Norman.

The house was thoughtfully equipped with modern conveniences, making it both comfortable and functional. It truly felt like a home away from home, with cozy spaces to gather, a well-appointed kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The owners clearly take pride in the property, and the attention to detail was evident. Whether it was enjoying family meals together, taking in the serenity of the lake, or simply spending quality time, this house offered everything we could ask for. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend!

My friends & I enjoyed this stay overall. We were celebrating my 40th birthday, & the house definitely served that purpose in many ways. It's very big & spacious, many cozy rooms with very comfy beds, & of course the best part of the property is the SPECTACULAR view of the lake, no matter where you're in or around the house. Also really loved the sun room but was disappointed we mostly couldn't use it at night because it was too cold out and the space is not well-insulated or heated. We tried to use space heaters, but that mostly didn't work. There were a few other issues throughout the house, like a few of the sunroom panes being off their track and seemingly impossible to put back on, a broken freezer handle, big speakers throughout the common areas that mostly didn't work, string lights in the sun room that were partially out and the main light out there not coming on, & the stove requiring stainless steel pots and pans to work. Otherwise, a great spot & getaway. I would come back.

Absolutely beautiful place overlooking the lake! Had all of the appliances needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels including pool towels, and even a welcome basket. The shower in the master was a wonderful waterfall shower with lots of pressure. The place felt luxurious. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is located in a beautiful community by the lake but the moment you step into the space, the experience is already elevated. Squeaky clean, gorgeous lighting and lovely patio overlooking the lake and a restaurant. Thoughtful touches in the kitchen and bathroom. One of the best Airbnb’s i have stayed at.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!
