Lovely villa with a fantastic warm pool surrounded by plenty of relaxing and eating areas. Stylish and clean villa with en-suites in every room and was a great space for 9 of us. The location is superb, short walk to the town with next to no traffic making it very kid friendly. The town itself is lovely with lots of great restaurants, cafes, creperies and shops. An amazing and fun beach is just a very short drive or 20 minute walk away. Friendly neighbours too made this a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

The house perfectly matched our expectations and is very convenient. Nevertheless, the acoustics closed doors (winter) is bad because a lot of resonance probably due to a lack of furniture. We were very correctly welcomed by the person of Welkeys whom we thank for hosting on site but the communication with the Welkeys company via the Airbnb app or their own site is not satisfactory: we called them unanswered, the terms and conditions on their site are not available and the entry exit forms to be filled out on their own site are not clear.

We had a very nice weeks stay. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a welcome pack and had a good introduction to the property. The property was well kept, quiet and picturesque and met all of our expectations. Frederic was very hospitable and checked we had all we needed.

Amazing house for surfers. Big garden with lots of space for drying wetsuits and storing boards. Kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed the stay!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is as described and very well-equipped. The location is ideal, less than a 10-minute drive to the beach. Very well heated accommodation in winter. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very responsive and gave us good advice. We'll be happy to come back!

The place is exceptionally beautiful. There is nothing I can fault about this place. It's new, well designed, and perfectly comfortable. Host is incredibly responsive, willing to assist and friendly. I recommend this place and this host to everybody. It's a big plus for non Spanish speaking guests

We had a great time at Laurence and Louis's home. This one was extremely clean, so well laid out and organized. Their very warm welcome and Laurence is so available and responsive. The house is even better than pictured A real little paradise with such kind and responsive owners

This house is perfect. It’s much more impressive than appears in the photos. Everything was perfect. The house is huge, beautiful, and well maintained. The pool is enormous. The yard is huge, green, quiet, and peaceful. This is the perfect place for a quiet retreat away from the crowds.

Aline was a great host who made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The house had cleaning of the common areas every day which was great since we were a big group staying for the week. The house is very beautiful and a great place to stay when visiting Biarritz!

Etienne was a very available and responsive host. We had a great time with the family in the house. The location is ideal, between lake, forest and ocean. We stayed at this house while taking a road trip around the Pyrenees and this was easily the most spacious rental we stayed at. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. Communication from our hosts was excellent and check in and check out went very smoothly.

Thanks for a great week. Very nice hosts & great location close to Seignosse Ocean. You get everything you need as a family... and on top a pool weich our kids used every day :)

We were in the family for 4 days. It is a very quiet area and is very good for strolling and biking. The house is a luxury. And the hosts willing to help, it was more of an issue and they immediately offered. As a suggestion for improvement I would put a cleaning kit for check out. My pleasure!

We had a wonderful stay in honor of our parents' 45 year marriage. Together with brothers, sister, follower, parents and children very well entertained. There is plenty to do nearby. Nice walks through the forest to the beach. The house itself is equipped with enough entertainment to spend a day.

A beautiful, characterful property in a very convenient location for the centre of Hossegor, beach and lake. We didn’t use the car at all after we arrived, we walked and cycled everywhere! The villa is very tastefully decorated and well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches. Alize the concierge was so friendly and helpful and was always really quick to answer any questions. We had a great stay and would love to return!
