Panoramic Villa in Is Molas/Pula

An elegant villa, set in a very peaceful location, surrounded by the blush Mediterranean vegetation and just minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. The villa is located in the prestigious “Is Molas Golf Club Resort” (URL HIDDEN) next to the renowned 27-hole Is Molas Golf Course and just 5 minutes away from the village of Pula, its long sandy beach and the Romanic village of Nora. The villa is located 20km from the city of Cagliari. Cagliari’s airport is extremely well connected to many Italian airports and offers direct low-cost flights to many European cities, including London, Barcelona, Madrid, Bruxelles, Paris, Moscow, Edinburgh, Frankfurt, etc... An English-speaking representative is available to answer any questions. ## Accommodation details: ## The villa has two bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 adults or 4 adults and one child. There is a large dining room with a modern kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and conventional oven, fridge-freezer, gas hobs, washing machine. The dining room leads to a large patio: this area remains cool and pleasant all year long thanks to good ventilation and the wooden sunshade that is installed above it. A fantastic 180 degrees view of the sea can be enjoyed from this spot. ## Site details, entertainment details: ## Some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe are in close vicinity: the beaches of Nora and Santa Margherita di Pula can be reached by car in c. 5 minutes. Chia and Tuerredda are c. 20-30 minutes away. All beaches are made of fine grained white sand. The renowned Is Molas Golf club (18+9 hole), the largest in Sardinia, is just a short stroll away from the villa (some of the holes can actually be seen from the patio). Course details, prices, etc... are available on the golf club website: (URL HIDDEN) The Blufan (URL HIDDEN) ) waterpark can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes. The Pixinamanna forest is immediately behind the village and its entrance can be reached either by car in 2 minutes or by bike in 5. It offers miles and miles of trails that can be explored either on foot, on horseback, or on a mountain bike. Trails are clearly marked and maps are available at the forest entrance. These trails can be used all year long due to the mild climate. The village of Pula (URL HIDDEN) offers entertainment all year long: there is a vast choice of high quality restaurants, coffees, pubs. Free shows are held every evening during the summer period in the village plaza. The 2000+ years old Romanic village of Nora can also be visited all year long. The ancient and elegant city of Cagliari is a c.30 minutes drive: the city is an important regional cultural, educational, political and artistic centre, known for its diverse Art Nouveau architecture and several monuments.

Fantastic in the summer and in the winter, where your own private pool with heated water will make you feel to have your own personal SPA day and night.
