The optimal location of this wonderful apartment, the view and tranquility, the comforts that the small apartment offers, have always remained in the heart of our guests since 1929. Nearby trendy boutiques, restaurants for all tastes, beaches and spas, fishermen with their catch, small groceries, pizzerias, moped rental, excursions.

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

The apartment consists of a bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, terrace overlooking a large garden with a privileged view of the enchanting bay of Citara, where the suggestive shades of the Forian sunsets offer contrasting and intense emotions every day. The apartment is about 300 meters from the beaches of Citara, Cava dell'Isola and the "Giardini Poseidon" Thermal Park. The historic center is about 2 km away.
