The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

The stonemasons' house is an atypical stone house, built in 1730, in the old village of L'Isle d'Abeau. The house welcomed workers, stonemasons from the old quarry. Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

the chalet is in a very quiet area surrounded by woods with walking routes in the forest 200 meters away. Covered outdoor terrace with sofa and armchair for good relaxation. We are 45 min from the first ski resorts. Our home is 10 meters away so we will advise you if needed and will be very responsive in case of problems. Everything is planned so you can have a good stay with peace of mind. All that's left to do is book 😊

Old stone workshop completely renovated in contemporary style nestled in the forest on Rocher du Cornillon, in Chartreuse. The living room and terrace offer panoramic views of the Grenoble basin. Provides easy access to sports (hiking, climbing, skiing) and relaxation (Nordic bath, video projector with large screen). This unique place is accessible by a small mountain road and close to all shops.
