Unsere Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und günstig gelegen, mit Wanderwegen in der Nähe und nur 11 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Bemerkung: Wir haben 3 Kinder die tagsüber mal etwas lauter sein könnten und die man oben auch hören könnte

Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site.

The sofa bed has an integrated mattress for permanent sleepers. You will benefit from free WiFi and private parking on the accommodation.

Our property is located in the center of Schwerte. On foot you can reach the train station in 5 minutes and the Ruhr in 10 minutes. Cafés, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance within a few minutes. The Rohrmeisterei is also just a stone's throw from us. Our garden and our route can also be used. If you are traveling by bike, you can safely store it in our yard. Access to your space is self-sufficient.

Hello citizen of the world, you'll be a guest at a woman's own flat, who lives there with her 2 dogs and 2 cats, whom you will meet for sure during your stay, because you are booking just one private room and the rest will be shared with me (that woman mentioned above ☺️)- of course also the bathroom. If you like to be cool and respectful with all of it you are very merry super welcome 💫🫶👾❤️
