Beach condo vacation rentals in Isla Mujeres

The place was very clean and all instructions were very clearly laid out for access etc. The condo was pleasant and the amenities in the building and nearby were great; we really loved the rooftop pool. There is only one restaurant and it close’s fairly early at 7, but it was easy and affordable to get an Uber to take us to restaurants nearby. Overall we would recommend staying here as we had an enjoyable experience.

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

Sergio was an amazing host. Everything about our stay was great, and we mostly had the pool to ourselves the entire week. Would recommend to anyone.

Enrique’s place is just as listed! We thought it was the perfect location for our itinerary. It is definitely a busy location, you can hear the music from the clubs next door so if you’re looking for a peaceful quiet location this is probably not the place for you. We loved waking up to the sunrise views from the balcony. There was a 7/11 just outside of the gate, very convenient for a late night snack run! Taxis are available at all times of the day at the gate. Private beach access was a plus, but it does get a bit crowded during the day.

Excellent service from Claudia and the whole team, super attentive and with simple explanations. Autocheck in and check out. Excellent location, close to convenience stores (Oxxo, pharmacies), as well as docks to take the ferry to island females (3-5 min), close enough to party area (3-4 min by car or truck) bus stop when leaving the complex Three bedroom apartment two of them with private bathroom, large dining room and living room, super equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, blender, toaster and stove), terrace with dining room and resting table. comfortable and clean beds, bathroom with everything you need, and towels for use in the apartment and another one for outside the apartment. Playa bella tranquila as a swimming pool, very safe for children, has beds and volleyball net, large swimming pool with warm water that closes late. It has a restaurant and bar. Excellent for large groups, WE LOVED IT (so in capital letters) we would definitely repeat. Grace

Condo Mar at Casa Bonita was exactly what we needed/wanted for our Mexico vacation. The condo was comfortable, spacious and had wonderful views. We found the beds to be very comfortable (firm) and the air conditioning worked great. The staff at the complex were amazing and always available if we needed something. They provided drinking water and toilet paper the entire week, which we’d never experienced in any other Isla rental. It was charming and lovely all around.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mariela’s place. Her and Lucy were so kind and helpful. We will definitely come back if we have the opportunity to do so!

Our stay at Eduardo’s condo was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect—everything was just a short walk away, from great restaurants to the ferry port and local stores. The condo itself felt just like home, with everything exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The hospitality was top-notch, from the friendly front desk staff to the condo personnel, who were always welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Marcella and her team was so responsive … quick in booking and communication and very flexible with check in. Condo was very clean and had everything you needed and the price was great for the area. Several great restaurants in the area, close to Garrafon de Castilla and an easy taxi ride to other parts of the island. Highly recommend!

The apartment is close to the Calypso Hotel, a great taqueria serving cocktails, a pharmacy, an Oxxo store, a small market, and a breakfast stand called Mar e Miel - so it’s very well located with all you need at hand. The condominium gardens and grounds are beautiful. I enjoyed the boats passing by at the lagoon in the morning. The Playa Tortuga is not far and you can depart from there to Isla Mujeres. Carlos is very proactive and a great host - he gave us some advice on what to do/entertainment and was always available to communicate, take immediate care of things, and to help our stay be great. All appliances worked including the washer and the four ACs in the unit. Water pressure was a bit low but nothing to worry about. Apartment is on 3 floor and some steps were involved to get up there. Place is secure and front desk friendly. We felt very comfortable in the spacious apartment from Carlos. We would certainly come back!

This Airbnb was awesome. Super clean, in a great spot, and the whole vibe of the house was really cute. My friends and I felt super comfortable staying here. It was close to everything but still quiet enough to chill. The decor was really nice, and the place had everything we needed. The host was cool and gave us some solid recommendations. Honestly, 10/10 would stay here again.

Veronica was so very responsive and supportive on all levels. Place extremely clean and simple elegance. Loved the patio. Staff from gated entrance to building entry so kind and helpful. Would gladly return.

Beautiful penthouse apartment with the most amazing view. Was so relaxing to wake up to a magnificent overlook of the ocean everyday. Was perfectly spacious for our family Christmas of 6. Location is great with downtown Cancun not too far away and a shop with essentials on site. Restaurant on site great as back up, though recommend making the trek into town as food is much better. Note the rooftop terrace is closed. Not significantly missed though as the apartment itself is more than spacious. Letty (the house cleaner) is a queen. The nicest person and helped us out so much to keep the apartment clean and organized.

Amazing all around! Location was perfect. Close to the beach and all the great restaurants. The space was perfect for us and views of the ocean were spectacular. Definitely coming back!

We had a great stay at Luis‘s apartment. The team extremely responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything throughout our stay. Top-notch customer service. The home is lovely, it’s well decorated, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is adequately stocked. There were a few things that will probably prevent us from coming back: Both of the bathrooms had a very, very strong “sewer gas” smell that was extremely unpleasant. We tried running water down the drains and putting stoppers on drains, but the smell was pervasive and really diminished our experience. The pool has a lot of features which is very cool, but it is not very accessible for older folks or any one with mobility issues. The deep section of the pool doesn’t have any kind of steps or ladder going in or out, so my mom was not able to use it. Overall, really great host and cool property in a fun location. Hopefully can work out these glitches in the future. Thanks for hosting us!
