The apartment is in the ZONA HOTELERA on the lagoon side and the entrance to the complex is right on Av Kukulkan. The closest beach is across the road and less than five minutes walk, picture 10 was taken on that beach. Nuevo estudio en excelente ubicación de la zona hotelera frente al Mar. A menos de 10 minutos de todas las atracciones. La ubicación es de la mejores! Está en la zona hotelera cerca de todo pero alejado de todo el bullicio. The best Studio on the Beach in the hotel zone. Near to every Cancun attraction. Bus stop and taxi stop on the corner. Located on the Hotel zone near everything but in a very peaceful environment. It's great!
