Lovely Designer beach loft apt. Located in one of the most popular beaches in PR. El alambique is a preferred beach spot for people of all ages. We are located walking distance to the best hotels and restaurants in the isla verde area. We offer one assigned parking spot-and the building has private security 24/7. Across from the building we have a small shopping area with different restaurants and convince store. Has one bed for 2 adults & a convinient air matres Full size for a child if needed.

Ideal location 24 hours a day! On the main strip literally next door to a 5 ☆ resort (El San Juan Hotel) and within 1-2 blocks of ANYTHING you'd want or need: Beach, bars, casinos, pharmacies, supermarket & restaurants...FREE PARKING ON SITE. Beachfront locations are not ideal here during the evening hours because of poor street lighting which makes our place perfect. You're in the middle of it all! Garden Oasis, Steps to the Beach

We are located steps from beautiful Ocean Park Beach. This 1 bedroom/1 bath 2nd floor apartment is nestled among tropical flowers, orchids and foliage. It includes an equipped kitchen, linens and a futon in living area - plus a new bathroom and A/C. The garden is gorgeous!!!! Coquis serenade you in the evening plus the fountain and wind chimes are devine. There are boogie boards, a kayak and even paddleball. Amazing restaurants and a variety of bars are just a block away on Calle Loiza.

This is a large studio on the top floor of a 12-story condo, located right on the sand, with a truly breathtaking view of the best beach in San Juan (rated #1 urban beach in the world by USA today), floor-to-ceiling windows, reserved parking, split AC unit, WiFi, and Roku TV, in a secure building with key-operated elevators. Power Generator/ cistern. PRIVATE APT. Close to beach and airport! Relax in this boho unit. 5 min driving to the airport, close enough for a quick transfer but located in a dead end, tranquil street; 5 min walking to the beach; 10 min driving to Old San Juan. Enough parking in front of properties. Near recreational park, tennis and basketball court. Full bed, TV, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, single stove top, and Wi-Fi. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella provided. Ground floor.
