On the main strip literally next door to a 5 ☆ resort (El San Juan Hotel) and within 1-2 blocks of ANYTHING you'd want or need: Beach, bars, casinos, pharmacies, supermarket & restaurants...FREE PARKING ON SITE. Beachfront locations are not ideal here during the evening hours because of poor street lighting which makes our place perfect. You're in the middle of it all! Blanco is our gorgeous and modern one bedroom condo fully decorated all white. Located in the heart of Isla Verde right by the beach. The apartment is very unique due to how it is decorated. You will feel in a very cozy & modern space. Wether you are here for pleasure or business Blanc will be the perfect place. You will enjoy the city views and partial view of the ocean while you relax in the spacious balcony. The beach is our backyard just steps away from the elevator.

Five minutes drive from the International Airport and 15 minutes from the historical Old San Juan. Easy access to the expressway so you can explore the rest of this wonderful island. Extras: 24 hours security, power plant in the building and battery back up for the apartment.
