The views from the top floor are out of this world!

Awesome Beachfront Condo !

8th Floor beachfront 2B/2B condo at Saida IV. There are 3 pools, 4 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard, a pool-side food and bar cabana (seasonal). It's walking distance to shops, restaurants and Schlitterbahn. We have new appliances, flooring, couches, a washer/dryer, and we're granting you access to the owners' closet w/beach chairs, beach toys, tennis rackets, etc. During Spring Break wrist bands are required for people ages 12 - 32; they're $30 +tax/ea. Message us for monthly rates.

It was one of the original beach houses on the Island and some of its original features remain; vaulted slat ceilings and black and white parquet floors.
