Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Our modern, quiet 2-room apartment of 70 sqm, located on our well-maintained equestrian centre, was completed in 2024. The apartment consists of a bedroom with box spring bed and large wardrobe. In the living and dining room, next to a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area and a cozy dining table. There is a walk-in rain shower in the bathroom. A seating area is available in front of the entrance area.

Sit back and relax - in our spacious 55 m² flat near Schleißheim Palace. Perfect for winding down after an exciting day in the city or escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a while. From the accommodation you can walk to the train station in 10 minutes and reach the city centre or the airport in 20 minutes by S-Bahn. There are also numerous restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity.
