Vous trouverez une cour extérieure de 8m2 vous permettant de profiter des journées ensoleillées notamment le jacuzzi à votre disposition ainsi qu’une plancha et barbecue. Plusieurs commerces se situent à proximité. Veuillez noter que le jacuzzi n’est pas utilisable de novembre à mars.

Welcome to Le Bel'M, cozy refurbished studio located in an individual and secure property with parking, garden and pétanque court. Ideally located less than 10 minutes by car from the Châteauroux train station and all amenities (shops, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, park...), accessible via public transport and bike path, close to the A20 motorway exit. 1 km from the National Shooting Centre. The studio is located on the upper floor of our house, with independent entrance (new exterior staircase with anti-slip steps). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station.
