As an elderly couple, we have 17 years of experience hosting this apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet, family neighborhood. 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center. The neighborhood contains 4 grocery shops and 3 restaurants. Since we are both in retirement, we can provide service almost 24/7. The apartment has 2 balconies to enjoy summer evenings, and an extra bed in case of young children. Breakfast and clothes washing/drying are possible.

The apartment is on the first floor, feature air conditioning and flat-screen satellite TV, the bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The kitchen is completely furniture. Tourist farm RedFairytale is the name of our 3 lovely apartments, situated in the heart of nature with a relaxing view of our vineyard fields, olive groves, and surrounding Istrian houses, all designed in typical Istrian stone style. Apartment name ''Žaneštra" - Suitable for 2 to 6 people, with a max. of 4 adults and the n. of children allowed depending on the total capacity of the apartment. The size of the app. is 92 square meters.

Now it's available for rent and there's a fantastic place for visitors to relax with a private garden, a wooden terrace, and a parking space. Our B&B is located in a quiet area but at the same time is 15 minutes from the center of Trieste, also close to the seaside and the beautiful Val rosandra, where you can go for a walk along the river. we have one room and we called "Green Mind" because here you can relax your body and soul in a green peacefu l place.
