We had a wonderful stay. The garden is very large and beautifully located and offers plenty of space to relax. The house also offers plenty of space for nice cooking and game evenings. Great terrace. Robert and Sarita are very nice great hosts! We will be back! :)

Great accommodation, warm, well equipped (we enjoyed the jaccuzi and air conditioning), very well renovated and in the spirit of the country. A very warm welcome from Maja, very easy to understand (English) For activities, Piran, and Koper are less than 30 minutes away and Predjama Castle and its beautiful cave are less than an hour away. The first store is 10 mins away A small typical restaurant 50m away makes excellent Pizzas! Perfect for a family of 4!

We stayed for a week with small children and had a fantastic time. The house is spacious and we'll equipped with everything we needed and had air conditioning on both floors. The jacuzzi in the garden is big enough for all and was great daytime entertainment for the kids and perfect to relax in after a long day. The location is ideal if you don't mind a short 10 minute walk to the beach. There is a small supermarket directly across the road with many restaurants within easy walking distance. Bojan was an excellent host and was quick to respond to questions and issues. We'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, very quietly located cottage. The very large property is completely fenced, which was great for our dog. It was all very clean. On request, we were even provided with three bikes. We felt very comfortable.

It was such a beautiful setting to be among the vineyards and my son loved visiting the farms birds and jumping on the trampoline. The accommodations were beautiful and the hosts were so lovely very welcoming and gave excellent recommendations about the local sites. We had their wine and their farm fresh breakfast we highly recommend it ! We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again one day.

We booked 14 nights in Natasa's house and were very satisfied with it. The equipment is excellent, Natasa is very hospitable, has provided a coffee machine and a door gate for the little one especially for us. The house was very clean from top to bottom. The village of Belavici is very quiet and especially suitable for people or families looking for peace, traveling by car and wanting to explore the beautiful, wild nature of the Istrian east coast. But also to the beautiful cities of the west coast (Rovinj, Porec) or in the south (for example Pula and Medulin) you can easily drive by car in 20 to 30 minutes. Rabac is northeast of Belavici and also absolutely worth a trip. The mattress on the 2nd floor (double bed upstairs) could be a little softer, people who need a soft mattress for orthopedic reasons may need to bring a travel topper. Otherwise, really everything was excellent (especially the Jacuzzi, of course🙏🤗😉).

The stay was very very pleasant !! The sea can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. There is a small selection between 4-6 different beaches. The city, shopping and tank options are just as far away and in the same direction. The garden and house was very nice. We enjoyed the pool very much and did his work with a cooling down. The owner lives in the house next door and is very warm and m o'clock. Two small surprises expected and gifted 2 times with tomatoes. The place is clean and you just feel at home :-) Toop!!

We had a wonderful holiday at Haus Zora. The whole house Zora with terrace, courtyard, basement vault and pool area with garden is so lovingly laid out that we immediately felt very comfortable. The communication with Lucija and her father worked great. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility, which was very relaxing for us. We highly recommend a break at Haus Zora to anyone! Thanks for the relaxing time!

Small house with beautiful large property with lots of olive trees that provide shade. The house has everything you need and is cool even in the hot season due to an air conditioning. We felt comfortable. Thanks to Antonio and his lovely grandparents!

We had a lovely stay at Matt and Anna’s “kucica” home! Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful and everything was even better than the description. What really stood out for us was the dinner - such an incredible experience and we will cherish the memories for a lifetime. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely pool area, comfortable beds and a very helpful, responsive host!

Both hosts are just great and very accommodating. There was nothing missing, also not the dogs: large garden to play and shady places to lounge... Thank you!!! A note to tenants with dogs: the large property is unfortunately not completely fenced, so the dogs should not stay unattended and left outside on their own, especially sometimes the one or the other small dog from the neighborhood in the garden runs around (also come between the grids at the small garden gate) ;-)

We really enjoyed our stay. Sonja and Andrej were very welcoming, the house was beautiful and clean, and the artwork by Sonja and other local artists which decorated the house was beautiful. We were two families with young kids, and the kids really enjoyed playing and exploring in the back yard. They have a lot of space in the back, and we even used the fire pit. The place is a gem.

Fantastic location if you want to enjoy peace and a breathtaking view! The pool and outdoor area are absolutely amazing. The house in it or the furniture has come to an end, but did not bother us since we always spent the whole day by the pool! Kitchen and bathroom are newly made and everything was clean! We felt very comfortable here and will definitely come back! Be sure to take remedies against mosquitoes and small flies, as the house is in the middle of nature, they like to come and visit a lot!

I definitely recommend Mateja and Kevin’s place. Good location, clean, comfortable. Mateja and Kevin’s approach towards guest is warm and welcoming. If I will be again in this region, this will be my place to go.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Green Cottage! Pia and her family were very nice and the house is so pretty, cozy and comfortable with a great view on the sea and Piran. 10/10 recommondation!

Beautiful and peaceful place. A truly unique and authentic holiday. I appreciate the style of the cottage, the location and everything like in the old days. Genius loci.. Maximum privacy, beach most of the time just for us. A paradise for dogs. Amazing holiday in Croatia by the sea.

Wow, just wow! We couldn't stop smiling while Dragana showed us the house - it's huge! Build over three stories it offers everything one could ask for. Sadly we only stayed for two nights but loved every second of it. Highly recommended!

Katarina is the perfect host! She always responded very quickly and gave us a lot of very good recommendations for the region. My husband and I wanted a quiet and sunny hideaway during the grey and cold German winter and got what we were looking for: a very nice and cosy cottage with a beautiful garden with olive trees and lots of sun including beautiful sunsets in front of the cottage. There was enough firewood to warm up the cottage inside and make it even more cosy. We walked through the surrounding nature with our dog and made little day trips to the ocean and the surrounding cities. The food and wines in and around the nearby village Buje are delicious and we enjoyed a lot of good food with fresh fish and truffle. We absolutely recommend this place.

Excellent house for a family vacation. We are a family of four with children aged 7 years old and 8 months old and this house had the space, comfort and amenities we needed for a great stay- the pool, the fully equipped kitchen and most importantly, the good, firm beds are what we appreciated. In terms of location, it’s a short drive away from town and the gorgeous beaches of Rabac; this was perfect for us as we wanted to be away from the crowds. Marino’s suggestions for restaurants were spot on.

A real haven of peace, in the middle of olive trees, surrounded by trees nestles a very well renovated cottage! Many outdoor areas for sunbathing, relaxing, reading, eating... The pool, very clean and very nice (although the water is a little cool). We really had a really nice time, it's even better than in the photos because the trees grew which really makes the place very nice! We are a 5 min drive to 3 supermarkets, and just more than a large free parking where you can park to go to the old town of Rovinj. Regarding the mosquitoes mentioned by a few comments, each window is equipped with a mosquito net and with a little repellent (type Volarome) applied to the skin, no worries!

The owners of the house are simply a dream. So friendly, they respond immediately if you have a question and are helpful. The house is located in a shared garden area, but you will still not be disturbed by the neighbors because the plot is very large and my dog was totally happy about it. You can go for nice walks in the area, but for swimming, shopping or sightseeing you need a car. The reception was very warm, a snack and homemade sweets were already waiting for me in the fridge and also wine and schnapps. And at the end, they came with small gifts. One is really surprised by so much hospitality. Thank you so much for the wonderful time at your place.

Great house. Spacious, with a good heating solution and lots of amenities - baking, jacuzzi, ... - as seen in the photos. Ivana is very sweet and accommodating, she was happy to help us and we made all the necessary agreement very quickly and slowly. I recommend being guests of the Louisiana!
