Monthly Rentals in Itacuruçá Beach

What most caught my attention about the space initially was the extremely affordable price, and in view of that I can say that it was worth every penny. My biggest concern was the cooling of the place, since it did not have air-conditioning and I would spend an entire month of summer in it. But the host's description of it as a cool place is 100% accurate, the ceiling fan gave us more than enough support to feel comfortable amidst the region's heat. Although the neighborhood does not have great leisure offerings nearby, with knowledge of public transportation or a car, you can easily access the beaches and waterfalls of much of the Costa Verde. The host was very helpful in meeting our demands during the stay. I would definitely stay again.

The house is even more pleasant than it looks! The rooms have air-conditioning, which provided pleasant nights of sleep. What should also be highlighted is the attention given by co-host Penha and her children, who were always present when necessary, whether for questions or needs. I recommend it and we will certainly be back!

Quiet and very comfortable place

I'm simply in love with the place, a wonderful view and the wonderful building too. If I chose another place to go, I would regret it a lot, as it was a wonderful experience that undoubtedly made me want to stay forever. As for the hosts are kind, I had a problem with a lack of light but they were very helpful to resolve and guide me. They match everything you say in discrimination or even more than I expected ! Anyway, just PERFECT !
