LA RUPINA is our beautifully reconstructed Tuscan villa located in the Apennine mountains, is perfect for those looking for peace and tranquillity on their holidays. Fully equipped, this modern house was completed to the highest standards, making stays incredibly comfortable. The property is surrounded by ancient chestnut woods and has access to natural pools in a secluded stream. There is also a plunge pool (4m x 2m x 1m), with a decking from which you can enjoy the incredible view.

"Tramonto" is a lovely independent apartment in our farm stay (Agriturismo Conca Sandra). The apartment is located in a recently renovated historic building, surrounded by the nature of our organic farm. At a short distance from Lake Como and Varenna (25 minutes of steep walking/5 minutes driving), you will experience an atmosphere out of time: a blooming garden, the cultivated countryside, the lake, and the mountains in the background. Our structure is fully eco-sustainable.

La palazzina e' stata completamente ristrutturata rispettando le caratteristiche del tempo e divisa in 6 appartamenti per un totale di 18 posti letto. L'arredamento tutto nuovo e in stile vintage mantiene intatto il sapore un po' retro' della casa rendendo ogni spazio particolare e unico.
