Beachfront house with swimming pool and barbecue area. We are located in the Bopiranga neighborhood, a quiet family atmosphere 14 km from the center of Itanhaém/SP. In the local shops, you will find a market, butcher shop, wine cellar, pharmacy, bakery, among others. The beach has the infrastructure of 2 kiosks that provide chairs and umbrellas for a fee. Itanhaém is a city with many tourist attractions. We share tips, suggestions for tours and gastronomic recommendations with those interested.

Comfortable beachfront apartment, third floor, with great location (close to the center, supermarket and bakery) with brand new furniture and appliances. It accommodates eight people in two bedrooms with queen-size box beds (one suite) and a living room. 24-hour concierge, two parking spaces. We have a protective screen throughout the apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony with the door closed. Please note: The swimming pool and barbecue area are unavailable.

Pets are welcome The entire house is walled and the gate is closed. Garage for 1 car. The place is very quiet and has a private 24-hour security guard. 350 mb Wi-Fi. Bed and bath linens not included. Check-in at 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Check-out from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. I DO NOT charge a PET fee

Casa do Sonho is just 150 meters from one of the best beaches on the South Coast, Cibratel I, 300 meters from shops and amenities, 1 km from Praia do Sonho and 1.5 km from the city's historic center. Located on a very quiet avenue (several cars can park for free with 24-hour surveillance), it has a distinctive layout and decor, with a private pool, barbecue area and pizza oven. It is equipped with all amenities, to provide comfort and practicality for up to 6 people.

Casa da Sereia (entire space) is just steps from the beach, practically facing the sea. The neighborhood is quiet and close to commercial establishments. Your pet is super welcome! The kitchen is well equipped, and the house has a bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a double bed, bunk bed, TV, dining table, sofas and Wi-Fi. The leisure area has a barbecue, sofa bed, 200 m² yard, two gardens and an outdoor shower. A place of peace and contact with nature.
