Edícula, (edícula is a small building in the backyard of the main house, in this case an en-suite with toilet) leisure area with barbecue, swimming pool and outdoor kitchen featuring: basic kitchen utensils, microwave, blender and barbecue. In the en-suite, we have a bunk bed, double bed and an extra single mattress (sleeps 5). We offer bed and bath linens. We have supermarkets, gas stations, wineries and a bakery nearby. It is very quiet and is 800 meters from the beach.

Beautiful edícula house (back of the lot) with pool

This aisle house is complete, has two suites with bunk beds, ceiling fan, full kitchen, living room, swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. A spacious, covered garage. We owners live in the main front house. Guests have total freedom and privacy in the edicule. We are close to the sea, approximately 10min from the central beach of Itanhaém/SP. Quiet neighborhood of locals, with nearby businesses. Extremely secure, automatic gate, with control, closed wall.
