Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Itatiba

The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

Our stay at Alicia's accommodation was perfect since the booking. She was extremely solicitous, clarifying all my doubts and giving us complete flexibility in check-in and check-out, which made all the difference. The house is cozy, well-equipped and has bed and bath linens for everyone. The outdoor area is even more charming than in the pictures, and the space is ideal for pets – our 8 pups simply loved! It's the kind of place that makes you feel at home and not want to leave. I thank Alicia for the affection and attention from the beginning to the end of our stay!

What to say about Nazareth?! My God… laughs. I don't think I've ever been attended by a hostess like that. Espetacular is the least I can say. Any other compliment to her will be little. Thank you very much Nazareth. You really are the best Airbnb host. The house is great too. Clean, organized, beautiful, comfortable, etc. And there's also Laura (homemade), which is another show apart. Proactive, polite, friendly… I wanted to “kidnap her” and bring it to work in my house. But she doesn't leave Nazareth. Laughter. Anyway: an amazing experience. Congratulations! We'll be back soon.

Our stay at Arminda's place was wonderful! From the first contact, she was very helpful and flexible. In person, the presentation of the house was even more friendly and willing to help with whatever it took. Your place is very nice, you have fully accommodated everyone, and you have impeccable cleanliness. The open area with the pool and the small orchard below entertained us a lot during our days. We plan to come back!

We very much like the site. Marcelo was very attentive at all times. The person who received us also (Zé) helped us a lot. As we took a very hot period, the air conditioning in the bedrooms was very helpful. However, in the moments of Sol a pin, the gourmet areas and game room were a bit hot, which also did not hinder our stay. The pool always at a very good temperature to enjoy. The heat exchanger helped a lot. We made campfire every day just to enjoy the landscape of the place, which is very beautiful. The house was very well taken care of and has many utensils that helped us day to day. I recommend the house and we intend to return when we can.

Lígia was a super attentive host. The house is excellent, very complete, far superior to what appears in the photos, with great places to relax, garden, orchard and an amazing view. For those who want to get out a little stress and would run from day to day, there is no better place. The condominium is also super safe, with great hiking spaces. We'll be back for sure!

The photos faithfully represent the house, which is very charming and well maintained, ideal for a group of 4-5 people. It's very close to São Paulo, so it's a very cozy and perfect retreat for a quick getaway. Claudio, the caretaker, was very receptive and left us a basket of super fresh and varied vegetables - lettuce, parsley, rosemary, cabbage -, in addition to very tasty free-range eggs. Victor, the host, is very attentive and helpful, made us feel very safe about the entire reservation and was very firm in the moments that required communication, always showing concern about our well-being and our stay. I highly recommend it for those who want a quiet, charming, equipped place (the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the bed and bath linens were impeccable, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils) and easy access for those leaving São Paulo.

The stay was great. Good cost benefit, home well located for students and professors of Unicamp. Communication with Wal and Helio was excellent, always proactive and supportive. My room was super comfy, clean bathroom. Good shower. I managed to organize and use the garage. Good wifi network also for my studies. I thank you for your kindness during my stay.

The apartment is in an excellent location, close to the Taquaral, Cambuí and shopping malls. Parking is covered and the space is super easy to maneuver. The apartment has air-conditioning in the bedroom and office, which is worth it, because it is almost always hot in Campinas! The bed is large and comfortable and there is also a TV in the bedroom. I really enjoyed it.

I think the best thing about Flavio's accommodation is that the apartment has everything you would need in everyday life. It has a good place and they were quite cordial.

The villa is even more beautiful in person! The nearby lake gives a special charm to the place, and the treehouse brings that sweet nostalgia of childhood dreams. The countryside has a rustic and old style, but this does not compromise the experience at all – on the contrary, it only adds to the cozy atmosphere. The swimming pool was warm throughout the stay, allowing you to enjoy until the evening, and our dog had too much fun running down the lawn. We liked it so much that we wanted to stay until later on the last day. We definitely want to go back!

We spent the carnival family , and everything was perfect .. The house is exactly the same as the ad , easily accessible , for those who do not like to leave the house to go in long markets, there is a market near the condominium and you find everything in it . Carlos was a great host, removed all my doubts and was super patient , because I filled with questions rs The view of the house is beautiful and it is super spacious , has all household utensils, fridge and freezer work perfectly well . A family weekend, with lots of sneakers, in a place immersed in nature. Auxantes kitchen and homemade note 10! To improve even further they could engage in external maintenance (benches around the court and pool). The inside of the house with excellent maintenance!

The house is impeccable. Great structure, many suites, making guests comfortable. The house also has several common environments, making the experience even better. The outdoor/garden space is also nice. We took dogs and gave them a lot to play. And the pool is also very good! I'll come back again!
