Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

Frikes Private Villa

Frikes Private Villa is located on the ground floor of the building. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and an open-plan living room and kitchen. In the front yard there is a dining room for your breakfast and in the back there is a shared dining room and sun loungers. There is also free private parking on site for your vehicle. The port of Frikes is just 1' by vehicle and 8' by foot, where you will find cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops.

Villa Marika's Studio

A spacious lovely studio fully equipped with its own entrance, kitchen, small seating area, bathroom and storage space. It can accommodate from 1 up to 4 people. On street level but very quiet. Close to the town centre, sea front, bars & cafes. Guests under 6 years old do not pay (do not include them in the total number of guests when booking). Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Άνετο σπιτι για μία οικογένεια , με δύο υπνοδωμάτια , με μπαλκονάκια στο μπροστινό μερος και με χώρο στην πίση αυλή , 15 μέτρα απο την θάλασσα και 100 μέτρα απο το κέντρο της πρωτεύουσας του νησιού .Στα 15 μέτρα απόσταση έχει ιδιωτικό χώρο με πλυντήρια για ρούχα.

Το “Captain’s house” είναι ένα μεγάλο σπίτι που βρίσκεται στην παραλία του κέντρου της Σάμης της Κεφαλονιάς, με εξαιρετική θέα, μόλις 5 λεπτά από την παραλία και κοντά στο λιμάνι. Βρίσκεται επίσης κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σε καφετέριες και μπαρ. Σημείωση: Υπάρχει σκάλα που ανεβαίνεις στον δεύτερο όροφο όπου βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα.
