It lies 9 minutes by tram from the SBB train station and right across from the idyllic recreation area Grün 80. The apartment is flooded with light and airy. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a living room with a sofa, a workspace and a chill corner, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom faces the garden, the other one towards the street.

In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. The surroundings are excellent for hiking, biking or relaxing. On the farm there are cows, goats, chickens, cats and a dog. Despite its quiet rural location, the apartment is still centrally located so that you can reach the cities of Basel and Olten in 20 minutes or be on the highway in 5 minutes.
