Open plan and full of rustic charm it’s perfect if you're stopping off for a short stay in Modbury to explore the beautiful South Hams, the South West Coast Path, the many stunning beaches, Dartmoor or attending a wedding. There’s everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a sofa bed, TV, wifi, shower/loo, kettle, toaster, microwave, single hob cooker, air fryer, fridge and space to stretch out and relax.

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Within 3minutes of the A38 Devon Expressway, Blackadon Farm is within the lovely village of Moorhaven on the edge of Dartmoor. Stable Cottage is a fully refurbished one bedroom property with a good sized lounge / kitchen. Easily accommodates 2 people, sofa bed in the lounge is suitable for children. A beautiful property in a stunning rural yet accessible location (5mins to Ivybridge train station with frequent direct trains to London) - walk straight out the cottage door and onto Dartmoor.

Here you have a patio to enjoy stunning views over the countryside. This idyllic setting is perfect for couples or those on business. Situated in the South Hams close to the Ocean City of Plymouth and on the edge of Dartmoor an area of outstanding Natural beauty. Note; Transport is essential we are not on a local bus route.

Salcombe, 25 mins., Mothecombe beach, 15 mins., & the moor 15minutes. Also perfect for business clients, with quick, easy access to A38, and free private off-road parking.

We have fitted our barn out to the highest standard and look forward to having you! We have created a wonderful outdoor space for BBQs, alfresco eating with stunning views and sun all day long. For an extra pamper we have put a free-standing bath in the main double bedroom with views over the fields beyond! Please note we do don't provide linen for 2 night stays, only 3 nights or more, thank you! 1 small dog allowed by prior agreement only for a nightly charge.
