I would recommend it. Is perfect for 10 people. Did not have issues at all. Only thing or recommendation is to check maps or have something handy, so you won’t get lost or have to drive in rough dirt track. As I experienced lots of it, due to my maps directions. Other than that, was perfect and safe.

The house and the grounds of the house is very large, you can be with several families there without a problem, like all the areas inside the house are very spacious, it has several areas, enough bathrooms, space, etc. It has some small details because the house probably already has time as some doors-manijas a little loose, etc. But it does not miss the experience for anything. The pool is large, air-conditioned, roofed, clean. The house has wifi, ping pong table, pool table, some board games, on the outside you can make your roasted meat. I took advantage of every weight worn. Highly recommended.

The best part is the pool. It is heated 24 hours a day. It is big and if you carry children it is the best because it is not deep. The house is beautiful, the bedrooms are very clean and beautiful. The beautiful landscape. The weather is hot. Uy, it has a very good basketball court. And the garden super cared for. They accept your pet. 🥰 Very nice place and a short distance to Mexico City. Ah and a plus that there is a girl who helps with the cleaning and is super friendly.

Josué was always willing to help us, we got lost and He was attentive to help us, including when the power went off in the area. The stay is very quiet, nothing was heard when sleeping, we were able to keep the car very well. the house is about 12 minutes from the spas and close to downtown Ixmiquilpan, yes, bring a car. i would definitely stay again in the future.
