In wenigen Minuten bist Du am feinen Sandstrand vom See und in dem Waldgebiet welches Untergöhren mit Göhren-Lebbin verbindet. Entspanne in der Außensauna und im 36 grad warmen Whirlpool. Die Energieversorgung ist umweltfreundlich über Photovoltaik des Nachbarhauses und über eine hauseigene Wärmepumpe sicher gestellt. Den Abend genießt ihr vor dem Kamin oder auf der Süd-Terrasse mit Grillkamin.

The apartment is located in an apartment building (3 apartments) in the attic. It has a size of 35 m², consisting of 1 living room and 1 bedroom, 1 small kitchen-living room (stovetop, sink, refrigerator) and 1 bathroom with shower. Towels and linens are provided, as well as satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Free parking on the premises can be used. The Müritz is 20 meters away. A swimming area is available. To the city harbor, downtown and the national park entrance is a 5-minute walk.

Für exzessive Partys ist unser Hof leider nicht geeignet. Unser Haus wurde ca. 1850 erbaut. Wohnhaus & Scheune des denkmalgeschützten 3-Seiten-Hofs sind im Eichen-Fachwerk errichtet. Um das Haus stehen 10 Hochzeitslinden. Im November, wenn die Linden zurückgeschnitten sind, ist das Haus in seiner ganzen Pracht zu sehen. Ab Mai verschwindet es dann langsam hinter schattenspendendem Blätterwerk, und bleibt so den ganzen Sommer über herrlich kühl...

We rent a cozy 40 sqm apartment on the western outskirts of Malchow (Meckl.). It is an ideal base for exploring the Mecklenburg Lake District. For this purpose, two 28-inch bicycles with coaster brakes are also available if needed. Shopping and sports facilities, a cinema and a swimming area are 300 meters away. There is currently still a daily tourist tax of 1.50/2.00 euros per person.
