The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

Die Energieversorgung ist umweltfreundlich über Photovoltaik des Nachbarhauses und über eine hauseigene Wärmepumpe sicher gestellt.
