The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

A unique, new built apartment-type house will offer you a unique stay in a quiet part of the Jizera Mountains. In summer you can sit on the covered terrace by the swimming pool ornamental pond, in winter you can relax in the Finnish sauna. In the immediate vicinity you can find activities both for cycling, hiking, or just mushrooming in the surrounding forests. In winter, you can go skiing, cross-country skiing, or just sled, all in the immediate vicinity of the house. The cottage itself offers you a living kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and bathrooms.

We will be happy to share with you a little peace and quiet in the Jizera Mountains. Apartments in close proximity to the dam on the Bílá Nisa will allow you to do so. Beautiful natural swimming is right at the house and the swimming pool is nearby. Our exceptional location guarantees that you will be close to everything. For example, the stadium in Bedřichov is only 200m from us. A parking space on private property is available for each apartment. Our guests can use part of the garden with a natural fireplace, seating and a flowing stream.

Each house has a garden with a pond, a terrace, a sauna and an outdoor hot tub, privacy is a priority. Come and enjoy the peace and beauty in modern mountain chalets.

Roubenka Dolní Rokytnice (Half-timbered house)

Horská chata Roubenka je utulné místo vhodné k relaxaci nacházející se v chatové části u lesa zhruba kilometr a a pul od města ( taktéž lyžařského vleku). Nabízíme ciste, udržované prostředí jak s výhledem na zahradu, tak do lesa I na řeku Jizeru. Chata je vhodná pro 6 osob. Má 2 patra a k dospozici je také velký pozemek + zahrada na grilování apod. V horním patře 2 loznice ( 1 s televizi, pohovkou, vyhledem a terasku) druhá vedle v soukromí s vyhledem na řeku Jizeru. Ve spodním patře velký krb.

Sauna with cooling down right in the Jizera River and the possibility of sleeping on the spot afterwards. You can also use two outdoor patios and a fire pit on the property. Cooling up after the sauna is possible directly in the river. The property is easily accessible by train, bus, and car. It's not in virgin nature. Even though you'll have the entire shore to yourself, there's another building nearby.

Domácnosti jsou oddělené, proto budeme moc rádi když využijete možnost samoobslužného ubytování. Byt je kompletně vybaven a zařízen v moderním a vzdušném stylu. Zakládáme si na tom, aby v celém domě vládla pohoda, příjemná atmosféra, pořádek a klid.

You are on foot in 5 minutes at the ski stadium, where you get on the local highway ( start of the Jizera fifties ). The same distance applies to ski lifts, shops, swimming pools, bus stops, etc.
