Vacation rentals with a patio in Parque Meia Lua

I spent a weekend with my family during a visit to a family member in town and we love everything. Location, apartment, ease of access, parking, common area of the condominium, in short, all according to the mentioned Co-host Carol passed us. In passing, it served us in all our doubts and needs. Very obg for everything Carol, we find our place in the city always out there. Wonderful location close to the main points of the city such as squares, shopping malls, bars etc. Fair price. I recommend! Apto houses with comfort 4 people, but we went in 5 and my son stayed on the sofa bed in the living room where he stayed with a lot of tranquility and well accommodated. Impeccable kitchen utensils as well as equipment such as refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and other very new ones. Two great bathrooms with a spectacular shower. Note 10.

It was a very quiet stay! The ap is in the center of SJC, so we get to all the places we wanted fast, being restaurants, shopping malls, etc. The building was very good and secure, the employees well requested. About the apartment itself, the cleaning was impeccable! It is a good size for 2 people and is very cozy, comfortable bed, hot shower… Regina, host, was very agile to respond to us and well requests too! Check in was 14, but we arrived at SJC at 9. So I asked if I could work in the condominium study room until check-in time at the apartment. She super understood and freed us to stay there, the study room is comfortable and quiet. It was really worth it

Excellent apartment, well located. Garagem requires the driver, but it's not the host's fault, of course. Excellent stay and has at the entrance of the condominium a bakery and 24-hour restaurant, which for me was perfect. Whenever you go to SJC, I will see the availability.

A pleasantly decorated apartment with everything it takes for a quiet stay. The condominium has a mini market that helps replenish something needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is no agitation, cars or motorcycles passing by making noise. It's very familiar and nice. But you really need a car or Uber to get around because you don't have a lot of establishment nearby. For those who need to use as a home office, it is not so suitable as it does not have a table or chairs suitable for this work. But in the city there are pleasant libraries that can be used for this, just move around.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and super well equipped! The city had everything we needed and it was super clean! In addition, the region is secure and has pharmacies and nearby markets. I will definitely seek to stay there again if I return to the city!

The host made himself available If he needed anything, he told us places to eat and walk with our pet, made us super will, a spacious balcony for us and our dog. Impeccable, organized, clean house. Quiet neighborhood, no problem with neighborhood and noise. Super recommend.

place is huge, large and complete rooms, house in the woods, you can find webs and insects, are part of the house for being in the woods, Luiz and Vinicius were super antecious, without words, very big house, even, full leisure, trail, kayak, lake, fishing, barbecue and pool, the only problem we had was the cleaning of the pool " leaves of the trees" more was quickly resolved, very good, I recommend and I will return soon i... The house is great, the hosts have been very helpful, friendly and kind. The house is fully functional and equipped with everything we may need. Out was the cleanliness and the wonderful smell that was when I arrived. I really appreciate it and we will definitely be back.

We were in the family during the Christmas period. The place is great and serves large groups. We had some occurrences with a lack of water, so much so that the children's pool was not used. The pool cascade did not work either, due to another stay that damaged and the pool's air-conditioner. There were 2 broken beds in the house, which were removed. On the football field there were large anthills which made it impossible for children to take full advantage. But in general it has great structure, cleaning and materials for use in the house. Improving these issues, especially when something is damaged so as not to harm the next stay is important. Sr Genivaldo and Dona Maria were helpful in what was possible to do and resolve during our stay. Overall, it would be a great place to make a new stay reservation.

The apartment is super complete and was great for our stay. It contains an equipped kitchen and 3 suites that housed 4 people comfortably.

The home is good, quiet, and the internet is fast. The host is attentive and the location is close to bakery and small markets. The only downfall is that the building does not have an elevator, the AP being on the fifth floor. Would recommend !
