The decoration is a mix of modern, beach and retro with full appliances. The unit very comfortable, and relaxing. The area is quiet, family oriented and quite pleasant. One queen bed, one full bed, and a queen sofa bed. It has a full complete kitchen with dishwasher, range, microwave, keurig coffee, washer, and dryer. Welcome to your surf bungalow! This private entrance, two-room bungalow is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Decorated with a vintage beach style, this is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. Additionally, it's equipped with an outdoor shower, towels, bikes and beach chairs — all you'll need to bring is a suit! The room is a completely private mother-in-law suite located right between the beach bars at Neptune and the Pier. It's also a short walk to many great restaurants.

Private secure two car garage with full laundry and “come off beach” shower. Includes smart t.v and wi-fi. Great location in central Jacksonville Beach within walking distance to restaurants, surf and sport bars and beach activities. Easy access to Mayo Clinic.......less than 10 minutes away. NO extra fees.

Len and Julia's apartment is in a super convenient location...the beach is one block away, you can walk to a large grocery store if you need to and there are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. Loved the luxury of parking in a garage which would be wonderful during the heat of summer. Plus, the beach bikes, beach chairs, outdoor grill, boogey boards and downstairs 'beach' shower make days at the beach awesome! The apartment is comfortable and clean. The beds get special mention for the comfortable mattresses and ample bedding which made them a joy to crawl into each evening. Lastly, Len and Julia were wonderfully welcoming and helpful during our stay. Great communication and thoughtful hosts. I will be hoping for availability at this apartment for my next visit to JAX!”
