Vacation rentals with beach access in Jacksonville

Susan was very friendly and responsive. Home was as described. Home had plenty of extra blankets, pillows, towels which was nice . I would definitely stay at Susan’s property again.

My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

We had a great time in this space. Very clean and cozy. Perfect location near the beach. Very easy to walk to the ocean. We really enjiyed the porch balcony. Host was quick and clear with communication! 5 stars all around.

Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at This place was immaculate, roomy, fresh flowers, every amenity you could think of (we even inquired a lot of crockpot, they didn’t have one, but ordered one for us on Amazon, so it was there when we arrived) Both Trevor and Sandra were very responsive respectful of our privacy, etc. Could not recommend this place more, super close location to the beach, very quiet location. This was a beautiful place - one block from the beach. Had everything we needed and more.

Kent was very attentive throughout our stay. The place was in mint condition, just as described in a beautiful gated golf community very safe neighborhood. We walked to the beach enjoying beautiful views, they also have a few restaurants that are very nice The Marche Burette was a very adorable breakfast/lunch and market. you could walk to tennis and pickleball courts as well. We also went to the historic are and watched a beautiful sunset while we ate at a restaurant with live music. We had a great time and felt very welcomed by Kent.

We had a wonderful stay with kids. I could do my my jogging and sports in the morning at the park where is very close to the house. Very comfortable bedrooms, each with their osn bathrooms. Everything is thought for the comfort and joy. Beach umbrellas, chairs were ready, and even toys for the kids. I definitely recommend the location as well.

My friends and I enjoyed this house! we felt right at home and comfortable. We knew the house was clean the moment we walked in. Rooms were spaced out enough for us to have our on privacy but had plenty of space in the kitchen and living room area to enjoy hanging out. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Perfect spot to have the quiet surroundings but close enough drive to the city. Will be back soon!

We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

We were impressed with how well the place felt like a home versus a rental as shown by all the person touches throughout the house. We’ve stayed in several vacation rentals and most lacked basic supplies. Ample room and not cluttered. Quality kitchen ware from dishes to cookware, all the needed utensils and appliances. The instructional book was great and well put together. A block to the beach and close to everything. We highly recommend this rental. They allowed us to have small intimate with local family for dinner. Thank you!

We really enjoyed this house! We had 2 families staying. Was enough room for all of us! Having the pool was awesome, especially when it got windy at the beach. Easy walk to the beach with closet full of beach gear. The beach was empty and huge. Publix 5min from the house. Easy drive into town. Would totally stay here again

Perfect stay! Very dog friendly! Great location!!! Would definitely stay here again! Chris thought of everything- even baby gate for front porch so pup could relax on the porch with us out front and back is fenced in. Beach is so close and not over populated! Lots to do within walking distance!

Everything was good. Place was clean. Awesome beach view from balcony!! Very responsive. Ice maker had issue and Nick offered to bring ice for us. We said no, we could get our own!! Great knowing they wanted to take care of it. Would stay there again!!

Literally walking distance from the beach. We will be coming again. His response time was very fast and he allowed us to check in early without us asking. Great place, would recommend!

What a great stay!! The unit is located at the end of the hallway right near the staircase. We liked that there was locked gate access to both the building and the pool area. We felt very safe. The unit has fantastic access to the beach and to the very nice pool. The host was responsive and friendly. We were in the area to visit our son who lives in Jacksonville. If he remains in the area, we will definitely be back to this exact unit.

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It had such easy access with a parking space right next to the elevator. The Condo had everything we needed and was a very relaxing escape for my husband and me. We would stay here again.

Kristi is a gem of a person and her place is so lovely! She has so many sweet little touches for you! That porch is heavenly and the location is primo with being able to walk a short distance to the beach on a hidden little trail. I love it all. I will be back I am sure.

Our stay was amazing! The AC was down when we arrived (early, but the hosts were very accommodating). We left for the beach, came back and went to dinner and it was working perfectly when we got back. Pamela was very proactive to getting it fixed. The condo was clean, tidy, and a great place to vacation. Being right on the beach, you simply had to grab your chairs and you’re steps away from the ocean. Highly recommend!
