Cozy, year-round insulated wooden cottage from 1997 with a large, bright kitchen-living room and two exits to the outside. Outside, there is a covered wooden terrace and a tiled terrace in the open air. At the back of the property, there is a playhouse for the children. There is wireless internet (fibre network). Please note that guests must bring their own bed linen and towels and clean the house themselves upon departure, and that electricity consumption is paid separately.

Cottage with wood-burning stove and fire pit

Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Cottage 300 meters from the beach at Isefjord

Come and have peace of mind in the finest little summerhouse on a beautiful nature plot. You're surrounded by tall, beautiful trees-but there's also plenty of sun. Here is an enchanting peace-you only hear the bird choir (and a neighbor in between). There are 300 meters to a nice little swimming beach by Isefjorden, where the water is shallow for a long distance. A small forest is also within walking distance. Peaceful dogs are welcome. The plot is fenced with 60 cm fence facing the bush and 80 cm where it is more open.

Newly renovated and spacious 131 m² vacation home in beautiful Rørvig. Enjoy the sun all day in the large, secluded garden and the enclosed sun courtyard, where there's almost always shade. Only a 10-minute walk to the child-friendly beach and close to Højsandet, the plantation and Rørvig Harbor. Inside, there's a large, bright living room, a wood-burning stove, and plenty of space for family and friends. With central heating and a heat pump, the house is also wonderful for late summer, autumn, and winter.

Peacefully situated house, close to the inlet and is nice for a walk. There are different games in the house - table tennis, table football, bob, board games and TV with Chromecast+Apple AirPlay. My house is approx. 50 km from Copenhagen. A good choice if you want peace/nature and maybe want to visit Tivoli, Roskilde etc. EL-consumption is incl. (fair use=electricity max 20 kWh per night) - it is not allowed/possible to charge an electric car at the house. Water is incl. 300 liter per night.

Hyggebo 250 m from the most beautiful beach

Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

Here you can hang out in cafe. Se amazing star lit sky from terrasse & spa. Friendly neighbors all round. Cats occasionally visit here.

25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.
