Cozy, simple cottage on a nature plot and walking distance to the water. The summerhouse is close to Copenhagen and it is possible to take the train and bus almost right to the door. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. The house is furnished with a large kitchen-living room, living room with wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a bunk bed and a single bed as well as a spacious bathroom. Outside is a large lovely terrace with sun all day as well as a large tree with space for the hammock.

Come and find peace of mind in the finest little cottage on beautiful natural grounds. You are surrounded by tall, beautiful trees - but there is also plenty of sun. Here is an enchanting peace - you only hear the birdsong (and maybe a neighbor in between). There are 300 meters to a nice little beach at Isefjorden. The water is shallow far out and very child-friendly. A small forest is also within walking distance. Small, peaceful dogs are welcome. The plot is fenced with 60 cm fence facing the bush and 80 cm where it is more open.

Bellevue - closer to the sky

Welcome to "Bellevue" - our beautiful cottage in one of the highest places in Kulhuse. Here you have a view of the treetops in Nordskoven and a fantastic light from morning to evening. At Bellevue, you can really relax, recharge and enjoy nature at its very best. A few minutes from the forest, beach and close to shopping. We have furnished our house as an adult house for four. Children over 15 years old are welcome. The house was built in 2022/2023 and we take good care of it. There is a charging box for electric and hybrid cars

The cottage has a family room with room for both children and adults. In the summer you can enjoy the large enclosed garden with all kinds of garden games and a trampoline. The terrace invites for coziness, relaxation, barbecue. During the cold months, you can float on the sofa, play a board game, and cozy up by the wood-burning stove.

Welcome to our small charming cottage located peacefully and scenic, a 5-minute walk from the Isefjord. The living room overlooks the large, secluded garden where you can relax on the terrace and in the hammock. The house contains living and dining room, kitchen, one bedroom, and bathroom with shower. There is a double bed and a sofa bed that sleeps two. The car is easily parked in the carport. If you are looking for nature and tranquility 45 minutes from Copenhagen, then this is the place for you.

Hyggeligt og roligt sommerhus centralt i Kulhuse med charme, sjæl og vildmarksbad! Huset har stue og køkken-alrum i et, badeværelse og 2 værelser med dobbeltseng (det ene også med børneseng). Stue med sovesofa. Huset er børnevenligt med legetøj i hus & have. I haven er der terrasse, bålplads, vildmarksbad, pizzaovn, hængekøje, legehus og gynger. Ingen støj fra vej. 5 min gang til indkøb, 10 min gang til strand & kørsel til skov. Obs: vildmarksbad begrænset brug pga utæthed i efteråret 2025

Here you can pick flower bouquets and hang out in cafe. Se amazing star lit sky from terrasse and spa. Friendly neighbors all round.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home in forest-like surroundings with rich bird and insect life. The garden is part of a butterfly project and is planted accordingly. There is a small moss hole in the backyard that attracts birds and insects, where you can enjoy the tranquility and nature. 3-minute walk to a child-friendly sandy beach and 15 minutes to Nordskoven. Water, electricity and wood pellets for the pellet stove are paid separately and according to consumption.

Unique beach-house

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Cozy cottage with one bedroom and one guest house. 700 meters to the beach. There’s a fireplace for cold days and two terasses and a large private garden for warm days. Both house and guest house is non smoking area. The second bedroom is the guest house which is seperate from the main house. The mainhouse has central heating and a fireplace and is also very cozy and nice in the winter. Electricity usage is not included in the rent.

Welcome to our lovely little oasis. Our wooden cottage of 48km2 contains one bedroom, kitchen, living room and a bathroom. Next to the main house, we have built an annex of 19 km2, which we are very happy about. You will have access to the annex if you book for more than 2 people.
