Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). The apartment is on the upper floor with a shared entrance door and staircase, but with its own apartment door. There is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe as well as a private balcony. In the second room there is the kitchen, a dining area and an additional sofa bed.
