It is only 11 km by car to the seaside town of Blokhus, 15 km to Løkken and even shorter via the area's trails on foot or by bike. Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.
