Op loopafstand (7 min) van de populaire Jan Thiel beaches met de restaurantjes, uitgaansgelegenheden, winkeltjes, casino en een supermarkt. De grote designvilla is in 2024 volledig gerenoveerd en ingericht als een pareltje. Extra grote slaapkamers waardoor eenieder zich ook makkelijk eens terug kan trekken. Grote smaakvol ingerichte buitenruimten met altijd wel een plek in of uit de zon. Last but not least een extra groot zwembad!
