I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. I hope you can see my birch wood work hanging in the accommodation, read a book while swinging in a well-organized garden, and take a rest.

It is a new two-story house in a quiet rural village. The first floor is occupied by parents, and the accommodation is operated as a single-family house on the second floor. You can access the accommodation by the outside stairs, so you can check in non-face-to-face, and you can use the barbecue, yard, tap, terrace, etc. freely by yourself ~ Your parents are resident, so we can respond right away, such as inconveniences or requests. It is rural, but most of the nearby restaurants, cafes, amenities, and tourist attractions can be reached within 20 minutes by car.(15 minutes to Sokcho Beach, 6 minutes to Mulch Beach, 6 minutes to Hanaro Mart, 15 minutes to Sokcho E-Mart, 15 minutes to Seoraksan Cable Car, 10 minutes to Naksa Temple, etc.) If you use a barbecue or pot lid, the additional cost is 30,000 won. Charcoal, firewood, torches, grills, etc. are all available, so you just need to bring food. There is also a table on the terrace, so if you want to eat simply, you can use the burner and griddle. There is a smart TV on the first floor, a mini beam projector on the second floor, Netflix, TV, and automatic login.

The mysterious lighting adds to the atmosphere of the night, and it will make your time with those traveling with you even more brilliant. The modern interior in a white tone without dirt neatly erases the dizzying thoughts of everyday life and allows you to focus more on this time here and now. We didn't put a TV in the living room so that we could fill it with just the two of us. Instead, you can comfortably watch and enjoy Netflix, YouTube, and more on a large beam projector screen that is not envious of a movie theater in the bedroom. Since it is located a 2-minute walk from the intercity bus terminal, those who use public transportation can come and go without difficulty. When using your own car (only one car is allowed) There is a dedicated parking space on the right side of the entrance to the accommodation, so please refer to the photo. If you want more parking spaces, nearby parking spaces except for the roadside, or Please use the free parking lot of Sokcho Cultural Center, which is a 5-minute walk away.
