I really liked the place, it was very comfortable and the host was very attentive and shared all the information about delivery, tours, etc. Maybe it takes a few more minutes to walk to the main beach but it's in my top favorite places when I go to Maragogi!

Everything was close to the complex. The only thing that would resend, is that the sector where the garbage is left, the garbage is removed with more frequency and periodically cleaned with sanitary water daily, to avoid smells and pests. Afterwards everything was perfect.

Amazing place, we stayed with my family of 7 on this Condo and it was deligthful every moment. Willy was very commited since the very first moment we arrived and he made sure we feel comfortable. During these days we felt like home. The apartament has everything you need for relaxing in front of the beach, and by the way, the beach is such amazing at any time. So, if you are planning vacations at Maragogi, I strongly recommend you to stay at Willy's place, no doubt about it.

Excellent place to vacation, two blocks from the sea. The area is humble but quiet and with new constructions close to the beach. It is ideal for driving because there are few places to stock up and far. Very well equipped, even with a cold and natural water purifier for consumption. They have umbrellas, beach chairs and plenty of towels. On Sundays it's all closed so it's convenient to go with something to eat if they arrive that day. There is a spa with restaurant 4 blocks above the beach but they close early. Pharmacies many. Very predisposed managers even though they did not understand Spanish nor we Portuguese. AC and TV in all environments. Pillows and mattresses quite new but soft to be that we are skinny. Small bathrooms but one in each room and with good water pressure. The pool was not spotless but we didn't use it anyway because we had the sea nearby which is like a natural pool. Perfect for getting away and resting. Recommended.

gisele Fernanda is a great person, I highly recommend the place, you can book without fear. She was super helpful, she understood our arrival time and especially the departure time. We didn't have any issues with our stay. Local is in the center of São José da Coroa Grande and is very close to all the sights of Maragogi, maximum 20 min drive to downtown Maragogi. Cost benefit is worth too much. Clean room, with air-conditioning, equipped kitchen, super cozy and comfortable. Like I said, you might take it off without fear.

Quiet stay! Excellent apartment, everything clean organized. Hosta was requested, helpful, polite, etc. I certainly recommend this stay to friends and relatives who want to get to know this wonderful place! I will certainly return more often to the keila apartment! Indico and I recommend.

Spectacular accommodation. All very clean and organized. The apartment is very beautiful, the internal space is great and the decoration is very good. Everything with a new and functional face. The bed and the pillows are excellent. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hosts are concerned about making the environment as good as possible. I felt at home. It is well worth eating in the nearby pizzeria. To be "O" paradise, it was only necessary to be closer to the beach and have a stronger water pressure in the bathrooms. But the stay was 5 stars. I highly recommend and would stay again if you return a day.

Neide was super responsive, the place was super organized, it was very easy to find and despite having arrived after the agreed time, she was already on standby waiting for us. The place is very comfortable and bigger than it looks in the photos, well ventilated, had everything we needed, in addition to being in a great location in Maragogi, very close to the waterfront, we did everything walking. Quiet, quiet and well-structured condominium with swimming pool, fitness center, sauna and SPA. Impeccable apto with all the usual everyday amenities and utensils. Excellent bed and bath linen, comfortable, super decorated and cozy bed. Great location, pizzeria and hamburgeria next door, gas station and front convenience. Hosting is worth hosting.

All wonderful! Beautiful, clean and cozy house. Completa, e com Furniture and utensils of great quality and great taste! Comfortable beds, very family condominium, friendly and attentive staff! The beach on the front, perfect! When dry, give for a good walk. And dry or full, the sea bath is wonderful! It also has two nearby beach stalls with delicious food. One of them leads to a condominium if you want. E Áureo super attentive and gentle, from checkin to checkout. We love so much!!!!!! Super recommend. We'll be back for sure!!!!
