I thought it was wonderful, the perfect apartment is spotless, brand new smells good and the condominium is also wonderful. All very helpful and attentive staff.

Henrique was super attentive. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures. All brand new, clean and organized. We missed a pillow. Yes, we were in 04 people and there were only pillows in the flat for 03 people. Apart from that, it was super quiet our stay. I recommend it!

The apartment has absolutely all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Equipped kitchen, clean linens, service takes out the trash once a week. The location is perfect for those who want days of rest. The condominium also has great infrastructure. Venus is a kind and caring host, she made sure to point us to places for tours and local entertainment options. I intend to return soon.

Great house, the first of the condominium. Casa clean and corresponding to the pictures. Milenna always responded quickly and felt at home at your home. The beach spot following down the condo street is not ideal for bathing, but walking a little to the right or to the left, you find great places. I would definitely head back there!

The property corresponds to the description of the listing, Rafael is very proactive, always ready to answer us. There is nothing missing for any type of traveler, couples or families, the structure serves everyone. The beaches of Porto de Pedras and surroundings are wonderful allowing all types of programming. Be sure to take the raft ride.

Quiet place, well furnished house, utensils , very good. There were pq mosquitoes is close to the mangrove but nothing that a racket does not solve . All works well ! Close to everything. The town we needed we asked via zap and arrive fast , grocery store, pharmacy .

Very good location, quiet, peaceful place on the days we were there. Good cleanliness. The view from the balcony is exceptional, very beautiful and well ventilated. I missed having a clothes rack with hangers for hanging clothes and a washing machine. Friendly and helpful hosts. Edilene, who welcomed us, is a jewel of kindness. Daniel is very attentive. Very good, I recommend it.

The flat is even better than in the photos, very luxurious, good taste, in addition to being huge, huge bathroom, the shower is strong and the perfect warmth, there is a closet near the bed that was excellent for storing the bags, the air conditioning freezes the whole apartment, the bed is perfect, mega comfortable, very spacious and the sofa too, the kitchen is very well equipped, everything is very well organized and sanitized, it is very spacious and the table for making meals is great and the chairs, large refrigerator, it freezes quickly and I loved the stove. The owner is very polite, proactive, always responds quickly. The building is well located, polite staff and the pool is wonderful, in the afternoon the pool is warm, perfect, in addition the building is close to the beach and supermarkets. gisele Fernanda is a great person, I highly recommend the place, you can book without fear. She was super helpful, she understood our arrival time and especially the departure time. We didn't have any issues with our stay. Local is in the center of São José da Coroa Grande and is very close to all the sights of Maragogi, maximum 20 min drive to downtown Maragogi. Cost benefit is worth too much. Clean room, with air-conditioning, equipped kitchen, super cozy and comfortable. Like I said, you might take it off without fear.

The Augustus apartment is impeccable, close to the pool, the apartment has all the utensils needed for a family. Augustus very helpful, passed all the tips of restaurants, tour, etc. Our family felt at home. The resort's location is very good, very close to the town of sheep.

The stay was great, everything was very close to the place, my family had a great time, everyone was able to rest well, the beach is practically in front, Vila Padre Arlindo very close could walk, and the markets were very close too, in addition to the restaurants very close, and the wonderful sheep beach.. highly recommend!!

We very much like the location, the condominium and the apartment. The host was very attentive and always responds quickly. The apartment is clean, organized and well air-conditioned even in the living room. The condominium is beautiful has a very good leisure area. Unfortunately, we were not told that it was just a parking space and we went in two cars so we had to leave one on the edge of the runway outside the condo, but the vigilantes acted in good faith and kept an eye on him. And the ap is not by the sea either. It is in the first building of the condominium until it reaches the beach on the other side of the condominium is about 500m or more and you can't see the sea until you get there. The apartment is very spacious, the photos don't even do the space justice. Everything was clean, air-conditioning was working, kitchen was super well-equipped. The condominium is literally on the sand, with a hut next to it and in a great stretch for swimming in the sea. Erik was super attentive to requests. As well as the super nice condominium staff. The only caveat is that the mattress in the living room is a little hard, but the one in the double bed in the bedroom is excellent. We would definitely rent it again.

Our days were perfect at the home of Priscila and Enio! From the first contact to the last, Priscila was extremely willing and attentive, attending to us promptly and always concerned about helping. About the house: very equipped, it has everything!!! I love to barbecue and found all the utensils, including a wonderful grill. The gourmet space + swimming pool is very large, very enjoyable. The 3 bedrooms are independent (connected by the balcony where the pool is) and very comfortable, great beds and excellent bathrooms. We checked out already thinking about the date to come back!!!

Perfect stay! New and very well-kept house. Cozy and impeccable house. Very comfortable. Well-appointed rooms, living room and kitchen with structure and utensils to feel at home. On the second floor, there is an area with a barbecue and private pool, great for ending the day after the beach. In addition, the condominium has a fitness center and collective pool. Attentive hostess, very helpful and friendly staff working in the condominium. I recommend the stay.
