The apartment is quiet to unashamed to but short distance to everything . 20 sqm terrace with stunning views of the Oslo fjord, the apartment of 90 sqm is located on 2 floors in single-family home , the apartment is completely renovated in 2021. Short way to t track,bus,shops, beach etc. 10 min to Oslo city centre by car.. Owner of the house lives on 1 floor and there is a common entrance but its own hallway. Owner of the house has access to its own loft in the floor above the apartment. This means that the owner uses common stairwell. There is an Apple TV in the living room to sleep.

The apartment is approximately 55 m2 and is furnished, has a new bathroom and kitchen, plenty of storage space and is bright inside. There are windows on 2 sides; kitchen has a window with morning sun and bedroom/living room has a window where the sun is until about 8-9 pm in the summer. There is a double-leaf entrance door with full-width glass. Free area and forest are 100 meters away, an eldorado for adults and children in summer and winter. It is 8 minutes walk to the grocery store, and good communication to Oslo city center, Lysaker, Bekkestua, Sandvika etc.

In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslo fjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with own entrance. This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

Central and quiet location by Stabekk/Jar/Lysaker. The apartment is about 35 m2, on the ground floor with own entrance. Lots of light from large windows, and exit to terrace. Kitchen inside the dishwasher, air-frier, indoor plates, microwave, Nespresso machine, french press, and most things you need of kitchen equipment. Heating cables in the floor. Wireless WIFI and TV, incl. Netflix and HBO. Laundry as agreed. About 7 min walk to bus, and 13 min walk to grocery store, train (Lysaker st., Stabekk st.)

Cosy room centrally located on Nesoddtangen

Nice bedroom with a good double bed and private bathroom. The room is attached to our main house where we live, but with a separate entrance from a small garden. Very central at Nesoddtangen. A one bedroom studio with a simple kitchenette in the same room. Calm neighborhood and close to ferry and beach. Nesoddtangen is an idyllic peninsula just outside Oslo, 24 minutes by ferry from the Town Hall. When you arrive at Nesodden you can bus or walk to our place. Clean and functional, but no luxury.

A rocky path leads to the private jetty with a rowing boat at your disposition. Within a 20 minutes drive you will reach Kolsås, Sandvika, Høvikodden and Oslo, and by public transport Oslo is within an hour. Internet and electricity is included and you can find free street parking outside the apartment (always available space) The apartment is located in an attractive residential area on Røa in Oslo, with all types of amenities within walking distance. The area has a good public transport, a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and several gyms, including Røa baths.

By public transport it takes 20 min to Tjuvholmen and 30 min to Oslo S. 10 min to walk to the shopping center CC Vest and 20 min to Sollerudstranda where there is a beach and sauna. Right outside is the Lysaker River. Waterborne floor heating with balanced valve station that provides a comfortable indoor climate. The apartment has an elevator and free street parking just outside.

Charming, old-fashioned stabbur with floor area of about 30 sqm over two floors with bed space for 4 (one pulls out an extra bed under each bed pictured). In the old storage house/guesthouse you can find a fully furnished kitchen with oven, microwave and hotplates (electric and gas), dining table with seating for 4 and a small, simple bathroom with shower, toilet and toilet. There is WIFI and TV in the stabbur.
