Beautiful, comfortable and well equipped Studio. Pertinho do mall, condominium with good structure, legal swimming pool, easy to use laundry, a little expensive market but with good options for the time of need.

I liked the accommodation, cozy and intimate studio, very well prepared and equipped, the cleaning was thoroughly impeccable, besides being very well located. I highly recommend it and will be back more often!

I was always curious to stay at Copan and to find this listing from Luiz was a grateful surprise. The site is beautifully decorated, welcoming and in addition to the great location, it made me feel at home. Communication with the hosts was clear and agile and the space offered even more than I needed. I recommend and will stay again!

Everything perfect, Studio super clean the towels and bedding very smelling, the common areas of the condominium very good also, with a gym, swimming pool and laundry, a 24-hour concierge with a lot of security, the neighborhood is quiet has a supermarket (sugar bread near) other markets, pharmacies, the mall location is really excellent for sure I will return, and the amphriao always responds quickly and is proactive! Congratulations 👏👏👏

The apartment is extremely modern and well equipped, as is the building that it is located, with good location, gym, swimming pool and laundry available. The check-out time provided is a bit uncomfortable (9am), but it is described in the listing and is remembered by the hosts. Good choice for the Pinheiros neighborhood.
