Talossa on pirtti, jossa hyvin varusteltu keittiö, yksi makuuhuone ja saunaosasto. Talon saunaosastolla on kamari, jossa yöpymismahdollisuus ja erittäin hyvä puulämmitteinen sauna. Saunasiipi on rakennettu 70-luvulla ja saunan ja pesuhuoneen pintoja on uusittu keväällä 2023. Nukkumapaikkoja max. 5:lle yöpyjälle. Koiravieraat ovat myös tervetulleita lisämaksusta

10/2024 valmistunut hirsihuvila Tornionjoen yksityisellä rannalla. Parvekkeelta ja terassilta upea ja idyllinen jokinäkymä Ruotsin puolelle. Täällä majoitut rauhassa isommallakin porukalla. Hiihtoladut alkavat vain muutaman sadan metrin päässä. Ylläs ja Rovaniemi noin 100 km päässä. Lähimpään kauppaan reilu 6 km matkaa. Vuonna 1965 rakennettu talo (3 huonetta, keittiö, sauna, wc) sijaitsee Suomen Lapissa Kittilän luonnonläheisessä ja rauhallisessa Kaukosen kylässä. Kaukosessa on tunnettu Särestöniemen taidemuseo. Villa Magiassa voi ihailla keramiikkaa, uniikkiasuja, koruja. Kesäkuun alussa Kaukosessa on Hiljaisuus-festivaali. Yllästuntunturin lähellä Lainiolla on Snow Village, lumikylä ja -hotelli. Matkaa kohteesta on Levitunturille 40 km (35 min), Yllästunturille 26 km ja Lumikylä Snow Villageen 20 km.

Villa in the heart of lapland

The cabin provides comfortable accommodation spaces and a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals after long days. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has separable beds. Upstairs there's a large bunk beds, WC and a fold-out futon sofa for an extra bed. The sauna is located in a separate outdoor building, accessed through a glazed terrace. An outdoor fireplace is also situated on the terrace, where you can enjoy even the chilliest of evenings.

I love my chalet, because the place is so beautiful and calm. Chalet have now new fireplace and new bathroom/sauna. Nature is all a around you. You can relax in chalet by hiking or in finish sauna or just spend time with your friends. Chalet is located about 70 km from Rovaniemi, near beautiful lake Vietonen. Chalet is is very good place travel for 4 persons family, couples and alone. The chalet is located at the top of a hill, there you can see far to lake.
